At certain times in all our lives, we need a safe space to explore why we may feel as we do and how to move forward without fear of judgement. I create and provide a confidential and non-judgemental relationship focusing on supporting you through what's known as "Talk Therapy", helping you to achieve your own understanding, healing and growth.
I adhere to the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) Ethical Framework and practice from a foundation in the Person-Centered Approach, however, I would describe myself as an Integrative Therapist.
This is a counselling term which basically means using different aspect and tools from several therapies in order to find the best and most effective way forward for you as an individual with the belief that you are the expert on you, even if it may not always feel that way.
